How to be a good coder?

Bello !!

I would like to ask you guys about how to get over the beginners zone... currently I'm in the process of learning C++ however, I can't write some big programs not only in C++ also Python.. In addition, I don't sometimes understand already written C++ programs because I notice a lot of weird syntax !!

I would really appreciate your suggestions for any good resources to enhance my understanding to most of all aspects at least in C++.
