table of 15 letters five random letters showed

I want an algorithm which can do the following to have a table of 15 letters and deleted whenever 5 random letters and showed the variables I want to string declaration as I want the algorithm will write me to do the copy paste and run immediately

1) how many different combinations became
2) letters lived in any combination
