Noob help with Mac commands

Hey everybody, I am very new to programming and especially new working with mac os. I work in technology for a school district and we are having an issue with our macbooks time being wrong. Due to the massive amount of macbooks we have it would be helpful if something like this could work. My idea is to write code onto a flash drive that would automatically execute when plugged in that would do these steps:
-Connect to a certain wifi network
-Change date and time source
-Change back date and time source
-Connect to different network

Is something like this possible, or possible for someone with limited knowledge?
