I Don't Understand This...Can Someone Please Explain It To Me?
I have found a website that explains RAS better than the MSDN library does.

However, I'm a little confused about something that it is talking about.In the RAS Phonebooks section it says that the RAS Phonebook contains the user's dial up connection settings as well as the device to use, phone number to dial, network connection settings, and so on.
Here's my question: The phone number that is listed in the RAS Phonebook is it the number of the phone line (my phone number) or is the number of the person that I am wanting to call?
