Pictures in C++

is there anyway to add pictures in my c++ program ? i was just wondering if it is possible ?

Please, please, please, use something other than turbo c++.
Try out http://www.codeblocks.org/downloads/binaries codeblocks-16.01mingw-setup.exe if you are using Windows.

Once you download and install that, loading images is very easy with CImg http://cimg.eu/reference/group__cimg__tutorial.html
