Text to speech tool

I'm looking for some good, free, not too robotic, and easy to use Text to Speech tool. If someone have deal with this libraries, maybe you can help me with some advice, if I want use it for C++ windows GUI. IDE Visual Studio 2015 on Windows 10

also I can't find all example videos or audios just to listen how each voice sounds, except for a few. Maybe someone has already done this research and can help me with some useful links
