help with CodeBlock

I've installed Code Blocks 16.01
But have a little trouble with it.
I can't find how to switch on the bookmark.
I added a photo and marked what I mean.
In the right corner there is bookmark it's ok, but in the main windows there is not such bookmarks, and I didn't find how switch on it.
Maybe somebody knows how it switch on?

There is a support/help forum at the CodeBlocks website, have you tried asking your question there?

What do you mean by "bookmark"?
When you click on "Projects" it will show you the name of the projects you have open and you should be able to "expand" the project to show the files that have been added to the project. In your picture you have one project open that contains the files shown below it.
When you click on "Symbols" it should show you the global function, variables, typedefs, and #define values in the code that is highlighted in the "Editor" window.
When you click on "Files" you should get a listing that will allow you to brows your file system.
