peers? They are hardly my peers. Expounding? what do half the posts have to do with the initial question. Have you ever fought in a war? Have you seen people die? Have you every tried to work and live on your own? The question has to do with is it financially a good idea to mak a step like that. Not how good you know cross-platform bullshit. I think its dumb to ask a question like that to a bunch of smart-ass kids. |
Wait a second, there. What the hell is your problem?
Have you ever fought in a war? Have you seen people die? |
I've never fought in a war... but I did see a guy die from a stabbing. Does that count? It was in Camden, London, 2008. I think it was August.
sorry hayksk, people had to post their crap about how good they are because they had the luxery of having a computer at such a young age. |
Why are you so bitter about that? Here's a suggestion: shut the fuck up. I'm so sick of people who think that because everything is not the same as it was when they were young, and because everything is easier ("Oh, exams are getting easier," "it's so easy for kids now") and life is easier; well, who the fuck cares? The whole point of technology is to make life easier!
If you hate things getting easier for people, then you hate technology. And if you hate technology, then get the hell off that computer and go live under a rock, where technology can't touch you.

Edit: I have an addendum to make. It may well be easier to pass exams now, but have you noticed how many people there are with degrees now? I put some thought into it the other day, actually. I don't mean to sound like an arrogant arse, but I think I've figured it out.
1. Lots of people start getting degrees
2. Unemployment goes up because people without degrees can't get jobs
3. Exam boards etc. make exams easier so that people can get degrees to lower unemployment
