C++ Word Count Program (with sorts) Error

Trying to take a file and essentially write a program for a word counter, reading a line from a file and then extracting a word from the file, then proceeding to process a line by checking for the existence of the word. If it exists we increment the corresponding integer array by one for the count, if it does not exist we put it in the next available spot in the character array. After 20 added items to the character list we do an insertion sort and then at the end we read out each word and the count it had in a different file.
