Video into Images

Hi, I am building a program which requires me to feed video/images( taken from ip network camera)

i am able to read the video off from ip address....can anyone assist in this such that the program is able to segment it into various images to save in c:\

need it urgently. pls help!!!

Do you have the libraries, skill and knowledge base to even begin this project, or did you set out to program C++ with this objective in mind?
If it is the previous, you will need to decide on an API. Each OS has different methods of accessing these devices.
If it is the latter, I pity you.
