Doubt in database

I have a question which i want the answer
A lack of normalization can lead to which one of the following?
A) lnsertion Problems
C) Lost Updates
B) Deadlock
D) Deferred updates

I suspect answer is A(Insertion problem).Is it right or wrong?
If it is wrong what is the other option
please help .....
