A Begginer to C++, and in need for some guidance

Good Day,
My name is Raf and I'm from Saudi Arabia.
This is my first semester studying C++, and I really love it but I have a problem that I searched for a solution for it and I couldn’t find any.
My problem is solving programs, what is the BEST way to solve problems, I think it well be practicing, but practice on what exactly? I can’t find any tutorials or labs to work on it and solve it by MYSELF, and my final is really soon.
I also need some projects idea, got any?
My book is (Person International Edition-Problem Solving with C++, 7th edition)

Thanks from now for your time and help.

Best Regards,
Raf
practice on what exactly?
It depends, on your skills/knowledge and on what you want to learn.
A good practice exercise may be writing a program you need and that you may use in future
prctice on everything I sould be knowing rightnow after studying 7 chapters from the book. where do you think I can find any problems?
Here are some exercises: http://www.cplusplus.com/forum/articles/12974/ - Most of them are trivial -
Can you say which topics your book covered?
thank you very much, I'll try them soon today ;D
i don't know what you need to practice.. we have different interest and different motive on where to use our programming skills (games, hacking, emulation, others)...

or do you mean practicing the basics?
exactly, thats what I mean ! the basics ;)
Bazzy puts up an exercise.. i think the bunny exercise there is really good.. try solving it..
