stop flickering snake game

i have a snake game that i've been working on and i actually completed it and now i want to stop the flickering . i ve heard about a goto function but i couldn't find any helpful posts

Well, you're literally giving us 0 information to go on. Your game is "flickering"? What does that even mean? What is making it flickering? We cant help you when you're being extremely vague and secretive.
