*sigh and you call yourself a programmer, not even knowing how to uninstall a basic application? Fine I will answer
1:Press the "Start menu button"
2:Hover over and press "All Programs"
3:Select "Borland c++" or whatever your program is called
4:Find anything with the word install on it
5:press the uninstall button
That of course is assuming there are no extenuating circumstances, such as the program's uninstall shortcut being deleted, in which case you can go into the Program Files (or wherever it was installed) and search for an executable along the lines of unins000.exe. Failing in that you can check the add/remove programs panel. Failing that, you will probably either have to live with it or delete its directory, the latter being a risky practice.
