how to add a file as a resource dev-cpp

Hello! Im trying to add a title.wav file as a resource to my dev-c++ project.
I have no idea how to add it , can someone please tell me?

What i mean here that i wouldnt need title.wav file to play the wav in my program using PlaySound();
