Need a mini project on file handling

Hi i am working on a project on hospital management and want a simple mini project which is able to add,delete,search,view and modify a certain record,i want to use it as a reference to build my project but i am not able to find any working one online with file handling and should not follow any OOP principles.
Please help me asap thanks.
