For starters, you aren't calling it, so the code inside your function is never being run.

Secondly, & doesn't do what you seem to think it does. Line 49 doesn't make any sense (what are you trying to do there?)

Lastly, "it's not working" is incredibly vague. It's much easier for us to help you with the problem if you tell us what the problem actually is. Be as descriptive as possible so we don't have to guess to try to figure out what you mean.
