What is a good book to learn C++?
I am a newbie to C++, however I have done computer programming before. I've done a tiny bit of Java, but other than that, I've only used graphic based programming.
For learning C++ I want a book that starts as if you know absolutely nothing and is fairly easy to read. I also want something that teaches graphics as opposed to just text.
If you have any suggestions, please write them.
