Printing to actual paper formatting issues.

This is my first post on the forums but not necessarily code related. I'm using Eclipse Luna on a late 12' MBPro and unfortunately my professor requires us to
print out all code!!!!! (Yes it sucks).
Issue: I've gone into preferences > general > text editors: show print margin is
checked and set to 80. All my code is well within the margins but when I go to actually print hard copies of my code the formatting is all messed up. I apologize if this is something really simple and yes I have searched quite a bit. All I'm seeing is threads regarding printing to console. Any help to keep it formatted once I physically print would be appreciated. Gets a little expensive...
