Add new library to C++

Hi everybody
I'm so sorry because I know my question is elementary. By the way I have to start from here.

I'm using Windows 7 and Code::Block 13.12 and C++ standard 2011.
and now I want to add Boost and cpp-netlib libraries to it.
I have downloaded a zip file bu it's full of files and folders.
please help me and note that how can I download and install and use every libraries.

Probably every library has its own process... Just check the documentation.
