Error that keeps occurring...

I'm doing a project on icarnegie for a class that uses apache and the visual studios 2005 for class. Imported all the files, and tried creating a seperate project each time; however, I keep getting the error

Project : error PRJ0003 : Error spawning '/Od'.

I'm still new, and I generally use codeblocks at home when working due to personal preference. Anybody know what may be causing an error like this when compiling?
