Where to get X Windows Source Code

Hi
Would anyone know where to get X Windows Source code.
I can find links which provide individual files but I can't find
anything which lets me download a tarball or other type of amalgamated compressed file.

I don't know why finding X Windows (X11) source code is made so hard.
