Can you scroll in the console box?

I wrote a program that reads in a file and then outputs it into the console. There is a lot of comments in the file so it doesn't all fit on one window. Is there a way I can scroll up to see the previous text because there is not a scroll bar.

Use a better console then. Even the terrible Windows console has a scroll bar.
