Code-Blocks problems!

I'm a new student to coding and C++ language, and I'm using code-blocks as the school requires to use. I downloaded the mingw version of it, and I was building a programme. Then when I run it, there comes out two .exe windows, it should come out with only one. If I type the number in, after finish entering the first .exe window will close, and I will have to re-enter all of the numbers again in the second one. Another case is if I just ignore it for a while, later on one of the .exe windows will close automatically. What's problem with it? Can anyone help me?

Would you show us the code? Otherwise it kind of sounds like a virus detector thing. My friend had a similar problem a while back with avast or avg I forgot which one.
