"Run" command?

This feels like a really dumb question, but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. Is there any way to run my solution without using ctrl+f5? It seems silly but I'd like to have the option to hit a button or select from a menu instead of using a keyboard command every time. I'm using visual studio express 2010.

Sure. There should be a green button with a 'play' icon on the top toolbar.
