Converting Emails Into .Dat Or .Fb

I Have A Few Emails On A .Txt File And I Was Wondering If Its Possible To Turn Them Into .Dat Or .Fb Files For A Program I Have That can Keeps A List Of Your Emails All In 1 Little Program But The Problem is You Need To Have The File Of Emails In A .Dat or .Fb Format

Any Ideas How This Would Be Done?

hahaa I don't think this belongs in the beginner section.
All i can think of is reading a txt file with emails using space delimiters. Space delimiters will help separate emails into the array for further manipulation. That is all i can think of; don't know if that helps...
