I can't run any projects in visual c++ 2010

I am trying to compile and run projects in visual c++ 2010, but when I run a program an error is thrown and program is aborted, it is happening with every program I run. Should I uninstall and reinstall?

Try building the solution first, then running the debugger. I had your same problem a couple days ago. After realizing that you have to that everytime, I uninstalled and got VS Express 2013.
Still does not work, Now I am getting the error:
