No. When VS2010 was created there was no C++11 standard.
Microfost had dropped XP support and will not create anything for it anymore. They however do provide backward compatibility for those who have to suppport XP in their programs.
So you either have to live without C++11 or switch compilers (I do not even talk about changing OS)
