Temp conversion excersize for beginners.

Awesome! I am not finished with this yet but, it is stepping through the displayMenu, getMenuSelection, and getStartEndIncrement functions nicely. Thank you for your help! Now I am moving on to tie the information I have together in the displayTable function and get the loops to run for the actual conversion picked.
