Learning socket programming

I learned irrlicht game programming at last but now I want to learn network (sockets) programming.I couldn't link anything.Can anyone learned socket programming give me a code-blocks,VS2010 or DEVCPP linked project with a tutorial for it?
EDIT:All what I need is to learn socket programming.If anyone has a enet project then I would like it.
