Empty screen after creating and naming a new project

Hi guys!
I did something that when I try to create and name a new project my screen appears like this:

Go to view and click "Manager" (shortcut is SHIFT+F2). It should open up the side window that lists your projects.

to create a new project :
File > New > project > Win32 console application > write the name of the project and then press OK > press Next > check the " empty project " box > press Finish
done ^^
