He wants to stop people from using gets, so he makes a topic that he hopes lots of people will see to tell them not to use gets.
Pretty smart, but you should have done it more like this:
Title: SOMEONE HELP ME DO MY HOMEWORK
Body: Don't use gets, it's bad programming practice.
Everyone would click the topic to flame you and then... you have taught them something. Optionally you could have made the first line a blatant homework question, so that they don't read the preview and realise whats going on.
