Visual Studio 2012: I opened one of my projects but the only file I see is fstream and the debugging button is greyed out

This is a big project with a 15+ files and it would be tedious to open them all manually and even if I did do that, I don't think I'd be able to run them because I tried opening Source.cpp but the start debugging and start without debugging buttons are greyed out. Is there a quick way to open all the files in the project for editing?

I fixed it, I right clicked where it says midterm project (unavailable) and clicked reload project. Then the files came up in the side bar and I double clicked all of them to bring them back. Then I right clicked attatch... and selected debugging
