User Input Filename Help!!
I'm pretty sure my code will work correctly, but when I try entering the file names, it says that they cannot be opened! Can anyone help me out?? The user needs to input the two file names, as well as the output file name that will be created once the program runs.

are you a) sure that the files exist?
b) do you have proper permissions to access them?

The files exist, but how do i know if I have the proper permissions to access them??
