Just starting out,

Hello everybody, im currently just starting out to code in C++,
i have currently gotten my hands on a copy of Programming, principles and practice with Bjarne Stroustrup, and C++ Primer 5th edition,
Is there any good books released 2013 or 2014 that would be a must for new programmer ?

I'm not so sure about recent releases though. We are on the verge of C++1y becoming C++14 (or, worst case C++15), so I think book authors may be holding their breath for a bit.
The books used in my school is "C++ from problem analysis to program design" by D.S Malik..

A very comprehensive book with moderate exercises to improve your programming.
Ok, then i guess my best solution would be to wait and see for myself, i do though like the title of that book will check it out.
