setting up Cygwin

I just installed Cygwin, but can't get it to work.
When I open Cygwin 64 terminal, it look like below.

what should I do to make it work? As well as delete the first line =, which is in green?

I don't know why you get the impression it doesn't work - that is a command prompt as indicated by the $ - just enter commands and see what happens.
Example:

ls

cd /cygdrive/c

ls
