SDL setup problem

After following each step of lazyfoo.net and another youtube video for the latest sdl2.01 for code::blocks i have the following problem :Error SDL/SDL.h no such library exists but i did linked it properly as C:\Mingw\SDL2-2.0.1\i686-w64-mingw32\include were my windows is 32-bit i did add sdl.dll.a file in the new project image files and mixer files were copied to sdl file too whats the problem i know this kind of problem is hard to solve by only giving data on text but i have been trying for the whole day to figure it out , it could be solved thought if someone will be kind enough to give his 5 minutes and solve this problem on skype
