microsfot visual studio express 2012

Yes I was currently running my program and I was trying to ceate a finished product on my desktop but every time I open it..... it is not staying up just flashing on my screen. Would anyone know why this is happening ?

Alright thank you for your input but the thing is it debugs fine inside visual studio but when going in the projects folder under the project then to the debug folder to make a shortcut of the application it dose not lunch, i dont know if it is a problem with my computer or not
