Basic Data Retrieval

Hello,
I am a bit of a novice and hoping someone can point me in the right direction. My goal is to create a simple program to access a webpage, fill in one field then retrieve and store the results. Here is the website:http://www.melissadata.com/lookups/zipstreet.asp

I want to fill in the 'Zip Code' field several thousand times and store the resulting street names.

Any advise on where to start or where to find similar examples?
