Write a C program to convert Ningis to their equivalent in Triganic Pu. The program
should prompt the user to input the number of Ningis and print the Triganic Pu
equivalent. The program should ignore negative inputs and repeat the input prompt
until a positive amount is entered.
Like the US $, the UK £ and the Euro, Ningis (and Pu) have cent coins with a face
value of 1/100th of the Ningi (or Pu). So data input and output should support 2
places of decimals (i.e. the cents).
