Best way to go about learning.
Hello everyone,
I am somewhat new to C++ I have attempted this about 100 other times but I always get confused or busy with life and then trail off of it. I am sure that other people have the same issues and its hard for me to be self taught from a book. What are some ways to help learn? I'm trying to find people down where I live to do a programming night but its not working so well.
I have a huge project that I want attempt that will teach me a great deal about everything ( I won't say what my project is just yet, I'm sure Id get an ear full for it lol). I've been looking around to try and find Tutorials that I can print read and follow along that teaches the foundations of C++.
What kind of free software do you recommend that would be good? I have Notepad ++ as well as visual studio 2010 express downloaded as of right now.
