Your English is fine. Better than most native speakers. We have a nice set of tutorials here, but before I'd recommend NowExplains 30 or so C++ tutorials on youtube. (He was supposed to finish them but never did...) then once that's done read up here what you want to know.

From there it's straight forward. When you want to do something google you'll learn by people's answers.
