Simplfy If and If else statements with vectors

Ok, so my teacher told me to simplify all these if and if else statements using vectors, but i have no idea how to do that. In my game i have 11 dungeons...so you can imagine how lengthy my code is!. Can someone help me please?!

I think he meant that all settings for a Monster should be stored in a vector or an array of type Monster

yea, you need a vector of Dungeons, and each Dugeon should contain a vector of DungeonLevels by the looks of it.

then iterate over the dungeons and inside this iterate over the levels within that dungeon.

I still don't understand, but can someone please guide me there? Like can you guys give me something to start off with? Because i'm still kind of clueless when using vectors. Or maybe using a map will be better? Thanks!
