C++ Primer 5th Edition
Accelerated C++
C++ The Programming Language 3rd Edition By Bjarne Stroustrup

This website also has a good "Get Started" tutorial -> http://cplusplus.com/doc/tutorial/

I recommend that you download the PDF and atleast skim through the pages.

There's also plenty of tutorials on Youtube on how to get started.
