This will be specific to anyone who has the book (preferably to hand), but in Chapter 4, section 4.5 (Revised grading program) is there a reason why there is no user input entered nor output displayed? Is this just because you've already seen it in previous chapters or am I missing something?

The code in section 4.5 - calls some input/output functions - which are explained in section 4.4 Partitioning the grading program.
