Looking to expand knowledge and learn some programming to further my career to gaming, or other programming feats. A bit about me: I've been a Software Quality Assurance Analyst for many years, and have been professionally for over a year. I'm a n00b to programming, starting out with C++ and soon enough, Perl. I like it just because of the challenge it poses, and the opportunities to thrive in an industry that I absolutely adore and can see myself being very happy in. However I have nobody to ping my ideas off of (Hence why I'm here!) and not many people around here have the free time to teach the more base things that I would need to put me on my way.
